Hands down the worst place we’ve ever tried renting from. Will take your security deposit and then deny you and then will take 4 MONTHS to give deposit back.

Property management never calls you back and kids are always playing in the street. It’s like a playground in the middle of the street and parents just watch and do nothing as cars slam on there brakes because of children. People here are very inconsiderate to there neighbors. They are loud always outside the houses yelling and screaming and smoking. You can’t open your windows or garage door because all you will ever smell is cigarette smoke. We can’t wait until our lease is up to move out.

The place was dirty when we moved in, they didn’t even bother to vacuum upstairs, found bunch of nails in bedrooms, got a flat tire from the nails in the driveway, spiders everywhere, again they didn’t bother to remove the spiders before they gave us the keys. Very disappointing. Everything else is pretty good, new appliances and everything, so it looks nice.
