Horribly managed

I stayed here for a year and I would not encourage anyone to stay here.

Management sends multiple emails weekly…the same three emails every week for the entire year: (1) dog poop: asking residents to police their neighbors and to take pictures of their neighbors out walking their dog if they think the neighbor left the poop. With the threat of being fined if caught. (2) trash cans: don’t leave trash cans outside at your own driveway or you’ll be fined. (3) parking: you can only park in your...
driveway or you’ll be fined. Additionally, you also get emails asking to hide things in your yard so they can take pictures for marketing or you’ll be fined.

You can only pay on their portal if you have it set up as monthly auto pay. If no auto pay, you will be required to pay using MoneyGram and cannot pay any other way—even if they are at fault. If you happen to be late, the is a $150 fee and a $35 NSF fee. You will also get an eviction notice for being late 5 days on rent—even if they are at fault because their system breaks.

There have also been multiple issues with dogs not being controlled by neighbors. A boxer mix was going around the neighborhood, for 3 months, chasing kids and trying to attack other dogs. I was attacked by the dog when trying to get my house with my dog. I suffered some minor injuries and but luckily my dog was not hurt. When I reported this to the management, they were aware of the dog and said that they had several reports. I never received any follow up to my concern and had to reach out to ask what was done about the issue.

These townhouses look nice and are relatively new but you will receive little to no assistance from management. They attempt to find any way they can to fine you and are not responsive to any concerns. They don’t communicate as a team and you will receive different answers from every person in the office.

For the expensive price tag, it is really not worth it and I would encourage you to look somewhere else. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you drive through the neighborhood you seen a number of empty townhouses and I can attest it's due to the poor management.

Not a great experience

I lived here for a year and I was so happy when the lease ended!

We paid a non-refundable pet deposit of $350 and a $35 monthly pet fee--$770 for the dog for the year. When moving out, we tried to get the bulk garbage pick up (no one from the company, they use, would call us back). Upon moving out, we were charged $1,200 for cleaning based on: (1) the trash and couch left in the garage and (2) the house was not in the same condition in which we moved in. No itemized list was provided based on the charges just generic charges on the ledger that they provided for us to pay. I have no idea how they came to these charges.

For the expensive price tag, it is really not worth it and I would encourage you to look somewhere else. If you drive through the neighborhood you will see a number of empty townhouses and I can attest it's due to the poor management.

Goof location and close to everything you need.

Town homes are brand new which is nice and offer plenty of space. Good amount of shopping and restaurants nearby. I work from home, so seeing construction workers everyday from my patio view is annoying at times since they are still building the rest of the houses but they aren’t too noisy. Would like them to add more amenities like a dog park.

Not ready for lease

One star for the modern design that is aesthetically pleasing and practical . Zero stars for management . They rented us the units while they are still not registered for mail or to set up internet or TV . They promised we would hear back about a mailbox in a few days .... nothing after that . We should have been told that they are not ready to rent before having us sign a lease and set up moving in meanwhile they want to charge us for an alarm system and a smart doorbell that aren't even set up... for use . Also they are very very hard to get hold of. They never answer the phone and for every 10 voicemails you leave you are lucky to get one call back . As much as the floor plan is nice I would wait on leasing until they get their act together.
