Lived in a 3 bed 1.5 bath for almost 2 years with a full family, and great environment for a family! Staff and owners are beyond great, ensuring maintenance is taken care of promptly. They are very understanding and cooperative. Also perfect location to WVU stadium, grocery stores and gym! We were so sad to have to leave!

We had wonderful experience living in our 2bed 1.5 bath. The staff was super helpful. The unit was clean and well maintained. Backyard was regularly maintained. Overall, great experience!!!

I entered my apartment about a month ago and I haven’t slept one night. I have a neighbor above me with a dog that starts barking at 1 or 2 AM. Every night they open the balcony for the dog and s/he will be running out barking so loudly at people at very late night. It freaks me out and prevents from sleeping almost every night. I wrote a note to them and the management got pissed that anything such that they should deal with it themselves but I haven’t experienced any change since I spoke to... the management, indeed it gets worse and worse. I just got in and my wife hasn’t even joined me and I already want to run away. I can’t wait for my lease to end, I won’t be renewing!!
I like how the place looks and I like that the maintenance tries super hard to solve any issue asap plus the management so far are very nice people. However, people pay to rest. Nobody will be happy to be in a place to be freaked out every night at 2 AM.

Spacious and clean apartments. If anything breaks or needs fixed they are there that day or the next to fix it. I have been with campus view for a very long time now and I have to say they are the best landlords in town. I definitely recommend going with them.
