Our lease at our current apartment was up in less than a week . We didn't have anywhere to go and we were in a really tough spot. Taylor went above and beyond making us feel welcome, breaking all of the information down for us, and pushing through our application. We are resident starting this week and I am beyond excited to live in this beautiful modern complex!

Amazing place to live!
I recently moved into The Kelvin, since the day I toured with Ethan I knew I would enjoy living here. My dog Baxter loves the huge dog parks and the washing station makes it easy to keep my apartment clean! Staff is wonderful and are quick to answer all of my questions, the other residents have been very nice and I've even made friends with my neighbor. Would recommend!

Love it!
I toured with Ceniyah this week and she was the best. The pool is beautiful and the closets are huge. I am looking forward to moving in next month!

Room sizing
They refuse to confirm sizes of rooms and lie about square footage .
