The Dempsey is exactly what I was looking for! It’s spacious, well maintained, has amazing amenities and perks, and I love the location between Madison and Huntsville. The elevators made moving in about easier, and Kenna helped me find the perfect unit :)

The Dempsey is a nice place to live. Very thin walls on all 6 sides, have gotten complaints multiple times for no reason. Trash isn’t always taken out on time by the pick up people. Love the dog park but lawn maintenance does a terrible job cutting it and resident do not pick up their dogs poop.

I would highly recommend living here. Not only is the staff super caring and friendly, but also rapid about needs getting done and being met. Maintenance always comes quickly when you need something. I love the feel of the resort this place has and the most friendly staff. Especially the community events we have. It’s also very clean. Couldn’t ask for a better apartment community.
