Very clean, beautiful landscape, quiet, friendly neighbors. The maintenance and office staff are always efficient and on top of things. All around a great place to live!!

Small apartment complex that makes it feel like a small community. This is not a gated community, but I always felt safe. The new management company Con Am took over in 2015, has worked hard to update the building. Newly painted in 5/2016. Spa is being updated. Some of the apartments have been updated, and a few offer washer & dryers, even though there is a laundry facility on site. Free Wi-Fi is offered at the laundry facility.New aprtment lighting has been installed on the grounds. There is a... BBQ area to use. The manager Nina has worked really hard to turn the apartment complex around, by working to get "trouble maker" tenants out. I see some negative reviews but I think since she has taken over a ot of the concerns have been resolved.

I have lived here for the past 3 years and they have changed management at least 3 times and this newest one is the worst. They are rude and it takes forever to get anything fixed and to top it off the entire complex is infested with bugs now. Don't recommend this complex to anyone.

For an un-gated apartment complex, it is pretty peaceful with no outside interference. The landscaping is well kept. The management has just changed hands along with new ownership so it's to early to rate both. Very close to all the necessary amenities like grocery shopping, restaurants, and even medical care.
The new laundry facility is acceptable with 24hr access with key. The pool is always maintained and available throughout the day.
