How Is This Rating Determined?

Had to give the community 1 star because 0 is not an option

If you're considering renting a unit in this community, be prepared to encounter the following:

1. The community is in dire need of maintenance, particularly regarding windows, doors, and other essential upkeep, which is often neglected.
2. Some units have noisy and disrespectful tenants, causing disturbances day and night.
3. Excess spiders, mosquitoes, and various other pests and insects.
4. Management excels only in increasing rent without making any improvements.
5. The community lack of...
proper cleaning, landscaping, and maintenance of public amenities such as the swimming pool and gym, and other public amenities.
6. While the leasing office imposes numerous instructions and rules, they seem incapable of addressing safety concerns or other much simpler issues.
7. Safety is a significant concern, as the gates are only present for the parking lot, granting easy access to all units and parking areas from the street, with gates often left open for days and weeks.
8. Mailboxes are located at the entrance, they are easily accessible to strangers and frequently get broken into.
9. Some leasing office staff and maintenance personnel lack professionalism and fail to provide viable solutions, complaints are waste of time.
10. The patrol company that conducts nighttime tours in the parking lot don't check for cars without parking permits.

Rock n roll

the layouts are a good size, parking is limited and the gym smells like rubber. The neighbors think they are in a rock band and are grown adults playing with a video drum set ALL night long.!!!! We live next to a river trail and smells like sewage.
