I have lived at sunrise fountains for a few months and I love it. The complex is close to Disneyland, Angel stadium, the outlets at orange and the 5 and 57 freeways. Although it is located right next to the 5 on-ramp, you can't hear any freeway traffic. The community is always quiet other than the 9:30 Disneyland fireworks that can be seen from parts of the complex and the sound of the fountains located around the complex.
I have had to put in a couple of maintenance requests, but they are... quick to resolve the issue.
There is an underground gated parking structure so there is never an issue with resident parking. However, there's not a ton of guest parking, but there is nearby street parking.
The rates are very affordable, especially for the great location.
The reason for 4 stars instead of 5, is the gym is small and there are no trash cans throughout the community so there have been a few times where I have seen trash on the ground.
I would definitely recommend this place to a friend or family member.
