Let’s start with the management very trash and unhelpful, the community is not gated and no security as well as doesnt meet any expectations, the apartment poor finishing , the paint, the kitchen closets, the windows everything just trash! If someone walks on the pathway the whole apartment will shake like an earthquake!

Poor management and not a good place to live
There is trash everywhere, kids running around without any parental supervision, dog poop on the floors, homeless wandering around the complex at all times of the day. There are holes in multiple parts of the apartment complex ceilings, the car gate works half of the time. There has been mailbox theft as well as car theft for some time now. Horrible place to live.

Poor Management
Trash Everywhere, dog poops all over the complex. A lot of homeless wandering at all times of the day and night in complex. Mailbox and car theft for years. Incompetent property management. Building is in poor shape. Overpriced and does not care about tenants.

Very dangerous/unsafe apartments
This complex does not care about the people that live and pay rent here. I'ts shocking that theres so many decent nice reviews about it when it's a night mare. The office staff is very unhelpful when getting stuff done. The maintenance person will show up and then explain he just got the other that day even tho it's a week old order. Then he'll argue with you and start raising his voice at you making a scene when you try to ask any question. The grounds are very dirty all over. Trash littered... all over the grounds and no one ever picks up after their dog. Roaches all over. A lot of homeless in the area along with other unsafe individuals hanging around the grounds. Parking is a nightmare and will have to park a ahlf mile away if you dont have a parking spot. Nieghbors very awkward and alot of unfriendly looks. People dont know how to say hello, it's a very depressing place to live.

great location at reasonable price!
I like living here! The layout is great, with a large bedroom, decent size bathroom, kitchen and living room. There are multiple floorplans but the one I live in feels large for being 700 square feet. The apartment could either have a balcony, backyard, or a large window looking into the courtyard. This complex is about one to two miles from South Coast Plaza. Even though Bristol is a busy street, there is hardly any noise pollution which is great! Each apartment is given one assigned car port.... There is no additional parking on site unfortunately but if you are lucky you can park on the street. The landlord makes sure to have the large courtyards well maintained as well as the pool area. A security guard is always on duty in the evenings until early morning so there is no crime or fear of anything happening in the complex. PLUS they allow dogs! Everyone here is very nice and abide by the 10pm to 8am quiet hours. Although the parking is not great, I recommend this complex due to location and reasonable pricing.
