Horrible management !!!

Lived there for two years. I had to move because in two years they raised my rent, the first year $100 and the next one $120.00. The restroom (apartment above us) leak every time she took a shower. I was so disgusting that left my bathroom rug soak several times. Made several complains to the manager and they did nothing about it. Also, they promised to change my carpet when my first renewal was up, but they never did anything about it either. The manager was never at the office and when she was... there she was either on a personal phone call or with a friend. They never answer the phone either. I moved and they charged me to repaint the apartment. I am a clean freak so none of my walls were stained. I was told the reason why they painted was because they need to match the paint. I was charged for them wanting to paint. I called the district manager, manager and assistant manager several times. They never returned my calls. It got to the point that I had to call from friends phones for them to answer me. The district manager excuses was that I was out sick and then went on vacation!! He said he was going to look into and then he never called me back. Horrible experience.
One thing I noticed was the same number of people moving in is the same number of people moving out after their first year. They are notorious for over 10% rent increases each year.
Would not recommend this place to any one!!!

Great space

This place is nice. Garage, on property washer and dryer, appliances, water, and trash included. Bad part is the rent is relatively high for the area it is in, but its still worth it. Neighbors are all quite and the movie theater, food, grocery store, dry cleaners, and Walmart are right across the street.
