I've been a resident at Bachenheimer for almost a year now. Needless to say, I'm happy to call this place my home. The office staff and maintenance are very friendly and helpful throughout my time here. It's a prime location nestled at the heart of downtown Berkeley. Given the option to extend my lease, I'm looking forward to continue living here.

Thankful for my residence at Bachenheimer Apts. I feel safe when returning to the garage at night. All areas are well lit.
It is quiet. Supermarkets & restaurants are within walking distance.
Maintenance & Community staff respond to repair request in a timely & Professional manner.

It's great living here. Great location and amenities. My only complaint is that noise travels through the vents and I can sometimes hear my neighbors, but they are not obnoxious.
