sucks!

The manager is mean,Ive personally seen her yell at people in the pool. It isnt cool to belittle people infront of others. The HS traffic is true, you will be STUCK. The cabinets in the kitchen fall apart quick, it seems they only get places ready for new tenants but everything starts falling apart the first week.
Don't rent here

only rent if you are desperate to find a place

Rent keeps increasing every year, with no improvements to your apartments. The manager has an attitude and arrogant way of dealing with the concerns of tenants. I have seen her get in many verbal arguments with tenants. She is unprofessional in dealing with tenants and simply does not care to hear you, even if you speak to her in a respectful way. She decides to yell and scream in an arrogant way, when talking to her, about your concerns unless you are her pet. Be ready to be stuck in traffic... by the upcoming way the cars dropping off students in the highschool. If you need to leave work btw the hours 7:20-8:10 be ready to be stuck. Don't rent here if you can afford somewhere else. If you have no other option stand your ground and very ready to deal with a sarcastic, arrogant, power trip property manager (Gina). The only good thing about this apartments is the pet policy and the average size patio.

Don't rent here , only if it's your last option.

If you truly desperate for a home, not a bad place

Really the rating is 1.5 star. Parking is bad, yes you're assigned a garage which is not at the building where you live. My garage happens to be 3 buildings away from me, they are narrow and old fashioned wood doors that won't stay up. The garage that is underneath my apartment which should be mine belongs to a tenant that lives where the garage they gave me is. I've been here for a number of years and the management tells you what you want to hear to get things done and when things become... available to make a difference they say nothing can be done. There is no extra parking outside of your garage so be prepared to walk a couple of blocks, be prepared for no parking if you have friends and family coming to visit. People park at the high school or the park and ride. Be prepared for your monthly rental rate to increase year to year and there are no improvements made to your apartment.

The high speed internet is not high speed - but it is free - less than an 100mbps.

After two months we discussed bedbugs and the remedy for that was to remove the carpeting and entire floor and replace it with cheap thin linoleum flooring that's to say if you have heavy furniture it will leave an indentation on the flooring. The air conditioning unit is in the kitchen which means that the bedrooms never get cool. The heating units blows hot air to the floor and they tell you don't leave nothing under it as it could be a potential fire hazard. Why not fix the heater unit and have the hot air blow out into the room and not the floor? Should be an easy fix. Right?

People have pets and the dogs poop all over the place, they don't pick it up and cats are everywhere. You can hear them having sex all night or fighting. The lady under me has many many cats.

What gives it a 1 star is the location - yes close to the 91 and 5 freeways and across from the park and ride. Free Spectrum basic cable with Showtime and HBO included.

h.S. traffic

You better not need to leave for work between 7:30-8:15 A.M. or 2:40-3:15 P.m. as it's across from BPHS, and you will be stuck in traffic.
