Great location just blocks from the beach and Carlsbad village. The property is very well maintained and has gorgeous landscaping. Gated community with assigned parking. Residents are friendly and quiet. The property manager, Teresa, is a dream. She is extremely helpful and is on site, if you need anything. She genuinely cares about the residents and makes everyone feel so welcome.

Beautiful Property
I have lived here for 17 years, and I can say that Teresa has being the best manager we have had. She is always attentive to our needs and works extremely well to maintain the property always clean and presentable. The area is amazing. The Beach and the Village are a walking distance. It is refreshing to see how much Teresa cares for us residents and for the property. I have never seen Teresa upset or unkind. I strongly recommend this property.

Carlsbad Coast is a very nice place to live and the on-site management is invaluable. Teresa was a major driver in my decision to move here, because she made everything so pleasant and easy, and it's just as great being a resident here as it was during the initial process of viewing the community. Definitely a lovely place to live and I recommend it--the location is fantastic, too--it's right by the ocean, but feels private and cozy bc it's tucked away off the main road.

Carlsbad Coast is a wonderful property in an amazing location and is very pet friendly. Easy walking distance to the beach and Carlsbad Village. The property manager Teresa cares deeply about the residents and the look of the property itself. 100% recommend for remote workers who want access to anything you need without needing to drive.

Outstanding Property management
I lived here a little over a year while in the military. The property is clean and nicely kept. The staff and property manager Theresa is exceptional. If I wasn’t moving out of California I would continue to live here.
