Don’t let the landscaping fool you. ”renovated” units are just cheap flooring, cheap windows, and new doors on old over painted drawers and cupboards. You can hear the wind coming through windows and doors in the winter. No A/C and cheap little wall heaters. The dryer hookup has no exhaust vent, so your dryer literally blows directly into your apartment. Hot water is sporadic, I have to run my sink for up to 5 minutes to get hot water out of it. There is no security, they will say there is, but... he just drives through the parking lot once a day. Homeless have free range through the complex. They come up from Home Depot and the freeway. Pedestrian gates don’t lock, there are holes in the fencing with obvious ingress through them, and the back vehicle gate is constantly broken/open. Homeless sit in cars in the parking lot and get high. Everyone here has had something stolen or broken into. Barnard Dr. is LOUD, all day, to the point you can’t have a conversation on your patio. Complex smells like marijuana all day. The good management reviews here are from the last company, the current managers are useless. For this much money go find yourself a decent complex, this one is trash.

Give A Few Months and You'll Understand
When you first come in it looks so good, too good. It is only after you move in that you begin to notice that these apartments are poorly made. The counters are not level, so watch for things rolling right off. Behind your kitchen drawers, nothing is protecting your silverware or snacks from magots! Some drawers will open, some won't, all due to continuous painting over the dirt rather than truly cleaning it. People steal your laundry in the laundry rooms, or they'll put their clothes in along... with yours to avoid the fees! The above stove microwaves are old and not well kept, the bulbs are dead and rusted in so good luck trying to replace that! Also, the managers here plainly do not care for any of your concerns. The neighbors are not so neighborly either...

Great Management
Our experience with the Manager and staff were excellent! Always quick to respond to our emails and requests! Grounds are kept well maintained. Great location too!!

Great place to call home!
The office staff provides excellent customer service and promptly responds to any of my questions. Maintenance is great and quickly responds to any request that I submit. I love my apartment. It is very modern inside. The floor plan is spacious and fits all of my furniture. I love the new white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and wood floors. The grounds are always clean and the landscaping is kept up. The pool is relaxing to hang out in. I enjoy it so much, I've referred some of... my friends to move here too.
