This quiet, peaceful complex was recently bought our by Elan Coast Apartments. Since purchasing this location, Elan has raised the rent of ownership, began charging more for utilities and reduced parking spaces for residents. In addition to this, Elan has also shut off our hot water for over a week and disconnected the gas line so that we cannot do laundry in our complex. As a full time teacher, I only have so much free time to get my laundry done. Thanks to our new owners, I spent my... Saturday grading papers at a Laundromat and wake up at 5am every morning to a cold shower. If this company thinks this is how you treat tenants, than I hope they anticipate an empty complex.
