I lives here from last 5 years. Management getting worst from bad. Office closed every time. You have to take appointment to meet Manager. No maintenance. Dryer washer are worst and dirty. I requested one repair a month ago and still waiting for repair.

Hi there, Your experience at our property is rather unfortunate.
You are correct. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic we are open only by appointment at this time for the foreseeable future. This is to ensure we protect our staff as well to make sure... that the office and common areas are sanitized upon arrival to your appointment. Same day appointments are available on most days, please call your property manager to make an appointment.
At this time we do not have any written work orders pending at this location that are more than 3 days old. Please make sure that you have put in a WRITTEN work order. Please fill out a work order from that are located in front of the rental office at your earliest convenience. Once you complete the written work order you are more than welcome to drop off the completed work order in the office drop slot. We have two active and full time maintenance employees whom live on property; so they will be happy to help you with your concerns. At this time we also have a porter onsite to address any and all cleaning concerns on property. Please note: any issues with our washer and driers must be taken up with the laundry leasing company. We do not own these washer and driers, so the leasing company of said equipment is responsible for any and all work needing to be done to them.

Been here for 17 years, new owners seem to have it together
3 stars would cover the last owners, but this property has been sold to new owners who seem to have it together. They are professional and immediately addressed the issues around the property. I met the new owner, a guy named Amir. He was nice and really wants to make this a great place to live. His staff are professional and have a lot of experience. Onsite management and maintenance is a huge plus. I have been here for 17 years, been though 6 owners, and a dozen management companies. I feel... safe and heard under the new owners. I am here to stay!

I currently live here and I have for the past 2 years! I love it, nice community, very spacious apartment, nicely renovated, and large patios compared to a lot of other apartments!

Miss my apartment
I moved into a 1 bd. apartment here in 2016, I lived here for a year.....I wish I had stayed. I loved my little apartment, if anything went wrong maintenance always fixed whatever needed to be fixed....which was rare. I never had any problems here. The onsite manager was always helpful and courteous.

AMAZING PLACE TO LIVE
I love living here. Management is great very nice. Maintenance is on top of everything and very friendly. They are updating the property. It is very quiet here. The apartments a very spacious for the price. I will live here for a long time. There are some residents that have been here for 20plus years. Amazing complex.
