Former Tenant

Good location close to the freeway, with gas stations. The grounds are always well-maintained. No pest problems, but my apartment was an upstairs unit. Property management is prompt with responses, attentive, and courteous. I'd give them five stars.

Many of the tenants have children, so if that's you, they should have playmates. If you work the graveyard shift, or long hours, it might get a little loud in the summertime.

Full of pests!!!! Absolutely disgusting! Unfit for anyone to live in

Ms. Jackie the manager is AMAZING!

I have been a resident here for 4 years now, and seen many managers come and go. Since the owners took this property back over and hired Jackie this property has changed! She has worked hard alongside our onsite maintenance man Kieron to clean the place up and make it sparkle. The outside neighborhood is a little sketchy, but once you're in the gate its like an oasis. We have 24 hour onsite maintenance and a manager so issues get resolved fast!
