These apartments are outdated. When calling for Maintenance it takes a week for them to fix the issue, sometimes they only half way fix the issue. I love how quiet and friendly in the neighbors are but the management and maintenance could be better.

upgrade
landlord is great homeowners association does not care about the property. Plumbing is a big issue in all these apartments our apartment has flooded before and homeowners association under insurance for us for over 3 months to have it fixed. we had to find somewhere else to stay for two and a half months until our apartment finally got fixed. this complex definitely needs to be upgraded other than that the people are good and our landlord is always willing to help us as far as fixing issues.
