I just moved in 3 months ago and so far I am happy with my move. The Manager is friendly and proactive. Maintenance is always taken care of right away and the maintenance staff is always kind and courteous. I haven't had any real maintenance issues. Most places these days have a water and sewage fee. Mine is only $26 a month and I have not seen anyone taking advantage of the water. Maybe to rinse their feet after going to the beach but it does water the plants so its a win win situation.... My neighbors are great and I have already made a few new friends. Everything is in walking distance. The beach, restaurant's and great music! I would definitely refer Seacoast Apartments.

Used To Be Better
We just got a new apartment manager, after not having a manager for several months. The old apartment manager was AWESOME - that's why it used to be better. The new one is okay so far.
Rent keeps going up, and they charge for water now. Which is super annoying because people use the hoses to hose down themselves and their surfboards, wasting a ton of water, but then I get charged for that. (They take the total cost of water for the entire building, then divide that by the number of... tenants, and you pay the amount for however many tenants are in your apartment.) I use very, very little water (even take showers at the gym), so it bothers me that I have to pay for all the water the people who live here waste.
It's generally quiet, but there are some loud tenants now (since the old apartment manager left).
