The refund check will be mailed from the Corporate Office & mailed to the address you list on your application. -$100,000 Renter Insurance policy required upon move-in listing the property & L'Abri Management, Inc as additional insured. this must be uploaded into theGuarantors portal. You may also choose to purchase renter's insurance through them directly. -We require our residents to have a positive rental history & at lease 1-year of stable employment. If you have filed bankruptcy it needs to be "released" at least 1-year prior to application date & you must have established current credit. We don't rent to any applicant with an eviction or collection from an apartment community. No exceptions. -Our security deposits start at $1,500 on approved credit.
