Detached 1 car garage parking We are a non-smoking building/community Viewings are scheduled by appointment only Pre-Rental Requirements: -Credit checks & background checks are run through Intellirent. You will be sent a link to apply & have 48 hrs. to complete the application. There's a $40 fee that is paid directly online to Intellirent once you create your profile. Note: This fee is non-refundable. -Application to Rent must be completed by any person 18 years or older. -Your accumulated gross income must equal 3 times the amount of rent. -Current driver's license or state issued identification card for all applicants. -SS card or Tax Identification Number for all applicants. -$200 advance deposit fee to hold your apartment. (cashier's check or money order) This will need to be paid prior to receiving a link to complete your application through Intellirent. Note: Upon approval, we will hold the apartment for 2 weeks. The $200 fee is non-refundable if you don't move in upon the agreed date and/or complete the online application within 48 hrs. If your application is denied this fee is refundable. The refund check will be mailed from the Corporate Office & mailed to the address you list on your application. -$100,000 Renter Insurance policy required upon move-in listing the property & L'Abri Management, Inc as additional insured. -We require our residents to have a positive rental history & at lease 1-year of stable employment. If you have filed bankruptcy it needs to be "released" at least 1-year prior to application date & you must have established current credit. We don't rent to any applicant with an eviction or collection from an apartment community. No exceptions. -Our security deposits start at $1,500 on approved credit.
