Loved the application process and the professionalism of the staff. Thorough and complete. The units were comfortable and the move-in process simple and convenient.

12/02/2024: I have been living at Woodland Park for only 9 months, I have already been a victim of a $2,300 theft inside the building, whose access is supposed to be controlled. This does not feel like a safe place to live. What is more, the management office was not helpful when I communicated the theft to them.
12/03/2024: I got robbed again today, as someone took two packages of $205.67 between 10:52 am and 1:54 pm.

It has been only one month since we moved here and so far so good.

What can I say? Leaving here is okay I mean it's just a what I want to make it out of it but do I have a good or bad outcome I would say I will never be renting from here again... I wish the management was more of being professional and more of a more of the human being not what to have a Snappy attitude or roll their eyes when being requested certain things to do or even have a proper documentation for approve of doing the inspections or whatever the case may be and make sure everybody think... that being requested is the is the rental that you entitled to it will be no complications but unfortunately it's not my case but anyways so yeah hopefully one day it will get better for somebody else's future all I can do is just my experience and happy holidays everybody Read More

It has been good for the past year. Our community is small and so far management has been responsive and supportive.
If the city can work along with management to do something about parking on the city, that would be amazing.
Not only to keep the street cleaner but to make the neighborhood look better!
