It’s hard to determine what is worse. The cheap quality of the apartments in which nearly everything is painted over and light fixtures are installed on the ceiling so that you can fully open the cabinet door. At all times something in the building Is broken including but not limited to the main elevator and laundry facility. However all of these flaws may not be as bad management. I truly regret ever giving them money

Terrible management
The management and upkeep in this building is terrible. They rarely communicate anything happening from the laundry room not working to the water being shut off, which happens often.
There was even a fire someone set in the hallway and I was woken up by the sound of firefighters, not smoke alarms which weren't working even though all you could see was smoke. It took over 24 hours to get ahold of someone in management when it happened and was told it was because the office was closed that day... .
Just want to warn anyone looking to live in this building. You will just have to be your own advocate because no one here will be looking out for you.

Hip Hollywood Pad Off the Boulevard
Location, location, location! This modern apartment complex is close to everything and anything you could want to do, whether it be a night out drinking/dancing (tons of bars and clubs just a block or two away), a movie night (several theaters within walking distance), or a solid dinner (plenty of restaurants in pretty much every category you can think of in the area). The building is has a clean, sleek, modern look which makes it almost feel like a boutique hotel. Although it has no swimming... pool, it does have a nice rooftop deck with a large BBQ grill, picnic table with benches, beach chairs for sun bathing and a jetted hot tub for the evenings...oh yeah, and a great view of all the surrounding Hollywood area and buildings. It has 24 hour security, a gym, on site laundry and dry cleaning service as well covered parking, albeit there is no guest parking which can be a major drag. I have one of the lofts on the top floor and always get compliments when I have company. If you have a chance to snag one of the lofts, DO IT! They are rarely available and definitely deliver in the "cool factor" department. All in all, definitely a great place to live if you like being in the mix where EVERYTHING is HAPPENING.
