The woman who manages this building is awful. I don’t want to leave too long of a review but even the man who takes people on tours and sells the units is only nice until he sells. I’ve never experienced worse customer service and such a lack of professionalism. I’m moving out now and can honestly say I’m so happy to not have to pay rent to such horrible people. Also the inside of the building is nice but the area is not safe.

Life at Burton Way
Overall a nice updated modern building with nice management who addresses all of your issues. A little pricey but not for Burton way. Location is everything, within footsteps of 3rd St., Robertson and La Cienega shops and Restaurants and malls. Had a couple garage break ins my car included (window shattered) but it wasn't the buildings fault, just a couple neighborhood burglars who decided to break into all secure buildings in the area within a mile radius. I think the cops have already caught... one of them and it has been fine since. Everyone in the building is very pleasant and friendly.
