Will be renting an apartment for a year since August '24 and really appreciate the serenity and privacy, peace and quiet I've been experiencing. My daughter came home from college for Thanksgiving break and prolonged Christmas break, and she was absolutely glad about getting her beauty sleep and then some with the restful environment. Next I enjoy the convenience to the shops and East Bay commute and being central in Marin. Can get to a lot of places in Marin and beyond easily here by car and... other modes of transportation. I do feel the staff and maintenance are very responsive and accommodating.

Well kept, quiet community. Near ferry and Marin Country Mart which has a great selection of restaurants and upscale stores. The mart also sponsors events for children.
