There is no communication. Managers are careless. No help is ever provided. They are always out of the office. They never answer the phone. No ine took me on a tour or told me what amenities there were at the premises. In general I had a VERY BAD. Experience there. I lost my mattress, couches and have spent so much money cleaning my clothes and on cleaning supplies to get rid of the infestation. I have pictures and 2 different pest control services and they still do not want to compensate me for... the loses. The apartment was inhabitable. I had to leave.

I am extremely happy living at Serenity for the last five years. Despite the initial rocky start of Greystar staff turn over, the present team under Caitlynne’s leadership including office and maintenance staff for the last three years has been stable , friendly , accommodating and exceptional ! The grounds and amenities are well maintained now and it is a safe and beautiful environment. Highly recommend !

Beware of this place. They ignore emergency maintenance requests of they don't think it is important and will not call you about it. The office will say things will be checked/fixed before you move in and that won't happen.
