Stay away from this place , soon you will decide to brake your lease and leave , trust me
Very very un responsive people running and managing this building. They only txt from the beginning to the end . They keep shutting down the water sometimes with out notice . The walls and ceiling are so thin that you can hear the neighbors downstairs and upstairs easily. A lot of problems with the noise between the neighbors. It’s not a good place to live . You will not be happy & I see a lot of people moving out and in .

Do Not Live Here
Stay away from this building. Horrible management that left the elevators uninspected for years, so we were stuck and rescued three times by the fire department. Maintenance also came once while we were on vacation and left our gas fireplace turned on, unattended, for over a week. This is a huge danger to the lives of the people in our building and nobody even apologized. The water is CONSTANTLY and unexpectedly turned off for the entire day in the building, which apparently has been happening... for years according to old reviews. The building doesn't go by Embassy Apartments anymore so they probably got rid of the name so people can't find these reviews! Seriously, stay away. They're horrible, awful landlords that do not care about the safety and livelihood of their tenants.

The Embassy Apartments are a hidden gem
I am almost reluctant to write this review because my apartment is a hidden gem on the edge of Brentwood. Compared to nearby apartments, this complex is much more reasonably priced. The building is clean and well kept up. The apartments have been recently renovated and updated. There is a small pool that is great to have - even if it stares at the parking lot across the alley. My favorite part about this apartment is the location. From this spot in Brentwood, it's 20 minutes to every part of LA... - Santa Monica, Venice, Marina Del Rey, Culver City, Weho, Sherman Oaks, even Downtown takes 20 minutes on a good day. The spot is also so convenient and walkable. Having a Coffee Bean, pharmacy, Yogaworks and 7-11 within 1 minute of my front door is surprisingly life-changing. And walking down San Vincente, there is endless restaurant and shopping options. It's the perfect apartment for my budget, only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of the noise. The alley in the back (that my apartment overlooks) echoes and the trash trucks and late-night pedestrians keep me awake.
If rent stays affordable, I will be a happy tenant.

Bad managment
Make sure you dont get licked out, the manager wont care and youll get 200$ charge from lock smith, wont have a lock. Manager is extremely lazy and wont help with ANYTHING except making surw you pay on time.
