NEVER any parking on the street and next to Hollywood Bowl/Hollywood walk of fame, so traffic is INSANE year round. Management never gets back to you about any issues that need fixing. They do not care about packages constantly being stolen. The garage is fully of trash, cockroaches and flies year round. The elevator has vandalism all over it. People let their dogs poop by the pool and don't pick it up. They let their dogs pee on the stairs towards the front door and its never cleaned up. There... are drug addicts in this building. I have seen people do crack with a pipe right at the stairs of the apartment. No security. I had a man get into the building and knock on my door asking to buy drugs. Filthy place, tenants steal and let their dogs go to the bathroom everywhere, management is unresponsive and rude. Please look elsewhere!

I’m sorry you had a less than ideal experience here. Street parking is certainly a challenge due to the Hollywood Bowl and that 1944 Whitley is in a very popular location. Typically we can offer one or two parking spaces per unit based on unit size... and occupancy. We’ve recently had a manager change and communication is much improved. We are working with residents and pet owners to comply with policies.
