DO NOT RENT FROM FIRST CHOICE PROPERTY, specifically the S Oak Property.
There is a rampant issue with rodents, mice, and roaches at the property. It seems the property has already surpassed its limit. We have continuously complained to the management, but we haven't received any concrete help from them. You will everyday regret renting this property just to save few dollars in rent.
Please stay away from it and save your money as a student.

Not a good place
The place is very old, with all units having appliances often with rust in many parts.
The Management is terrible at resolving any problems you submit. They often don't pick up the call, very rarely if ever they respond back and if any response often comes in a week's time after having to remind them. They always have the excuse of being busy.
