walls are thin / tenants are not always quiet

lets just get to it.
The property is very nice with excellent amenities and clean, but the few tenants that are just loud and disrespectful if you are not on the top floor. i've heard tenants run/race with dog around the walkway. at about 8pm at night about 3 laps with dog barking.
You pay for all utilities. the rugs they ask you to lay on the fake hardwood floor does not muffle or quiet the noise 75%.
in the past year, I have mostly noticed tenants move out.
foot stompers, mysterious knocking...
noises throughout the day and night, slamming of windows and sliding glass doors. sometimes there are sounds of what seems like constructions, but it's not, it's your neighbor possibly playing tennis above you. sounds of slamming of chairs on the floor, which in turn your ceiling. these are not singular instances, it's about every day. i now live in a quiet world. never again. this was mentally hard to deal with and the property management can not or won't do a thing.
Unless you are hard of hearing and just as noisy, then this is the place for you. you've been warned.
