this building is so loud and the neighbors aren't respectful. The laundry never works and the building team doesn't care to fix it. They charge their tenants for maintenance when it says its provided. They also charge without updating their tenants via email. I do not recommend 3/10

POOR BUILDING MANAGER AND MANAGEMENT
DONT LIVE HERE the building manager cant even help to get the washer and dryer fixed instead they will send you a number to call like if it is the tenants job. The neighbors are so loud and disrespectful. Dont even get me started on repairs... this place is not luxury nor refurbished. the walls are paper thin so be ready to hear everything.

Poorly managed, disrespectful neighbors
The bad: neighbors are loud, disrespectful, have parties at 2 am on Tuesday, constantly fighting and slamming doors and the landlord did absolutely nothing about it. Landlord is extremely slow to respond to maintenance requests. I've made multiple appointments for repairs and no one shows up.
The good: centrally located, garage parking, intercom to enter building
