Would not recommend despite price-- YMMV
Your experience will vary depending on on which unit you move into, but most of the street-facing units have Jalousie windows in one bedroom, which are essentially panels of glass that rotate to let in air or close. We shouldn't have trusted the guy who gave us a tour who said that they wouldn't be a problem in winter because every night, we can feel the cold air seeping in even when the panels are closed shut. I have spoken to other residents and they are frustrated as well.
Additionally,... management/landlord is not very helpful. It's very frustrating to communicate because the current landlord, Carol, will just stop responding to you in the middle of a problem. The monthly sewage and trash fees add up to $85 which is quite substantial.
There is on-site maintenance, but we've had multiple problems getting an issue fixed.
