Literally the worst property, ever…

This company will give you prompt responses for every thing until after the lease is signed. They are terrible at communicating, and also have no attentiveness to requests you may have. The promises of cleaning is a whole other situation. Don’t count on the unit being in any sort of living conditions.

Never Again

Where to start?

-There is no front office and rarely ever any on-site staff besides maintenance and cleaning.
-The cleaning person consistently does not do their job and complains to people that live here about others’ complaints towards them.
-Management appears to cherry-pick the lease to threaten fines against those who don’t comply with their smallest demands, but does little to nothing to remove troublesome individuals causing bigger issues such as consistent and unnecessary noise.
-There...
is a disturbingly high quantity of maintenance issues for a building that was being built in February 2021.
-Although there are locks on building and apartment doors, there are none allowed on bedroom doors. I witnessed a lock get reported.
-Parking costs extra and is limited to underground, gated tandem parking. Despite the gate, someone still had their car broken into.

Absolutely horrible experience with the management team and noise at this facility. Once they take your money they do not care one bit to address any issues.

WARNING:Read before moving here!!

Absolutely horrible management and noisy apartments, as soon as the leasing department takes your money they do not address any issues nor pay attention to the the needs of the renter. Please don't get caught up in this horrible experience as I did.
