Property ok but admin and Management absolutely terrible!
Very slow with repairs and supplies. Absolutely unresponsive collection departments. Watch out, they will charge you all kind of fees for no reason. They claimed they did not receive our check and told to cancel it and send a wire. After they received the wire, they tried to cash the check that they told us to cancel and charged us fees because tge check had been cancelled. The collection department told us that they would reverse the fees but never did … lies after lies …

Not safe
We been contacting common about drunk roommate issues since December of 2022 about noise levels and going into other peoples rooms when they’re not there. Tried contacting someone from their emergency hotline and it transfers me to someone overseas , where I’m on hold for ages. Today is the last straw, im away for the weekend and one of my drunk roommates that I’ve complained about is now currently sleeping in my room without my permission ( I know because I have a camera for my room). This... place doesn’t care if people violate terms it’s a joke and if they do it’s a 6 month process to remove them. I called the emergency hotline to get him out. Update: 45 mins later they’re still “handling/reviewing this internally”. Common didn’t do anything, he woke up and left on his own. Completely joke for an emergency hot line. I wouldn’t move in here, they don’t care about your safety.
