My experience at Kurve so far has been amazing. The property is always clean, my neighbors are quiet and respectful, and my apartment unit is very nice and luxurious. I love the amenities and all of the free events that are held for residents. I feel Kurve offers a top tier luxury living experience at a very fair price.

Best leasing / move in experience from start to finish. I was hunting for an apartment for a month and had A LOT of tours and nothing was as close to how great Angela was. She was super knowledgeable and answered all of my millions of questions from touring to even after moving in. The staff made the move in super easy and were super helpful with communicating anything I needed.

Twink twice about renting here
After living at Kurve for over a year, I've made the decision not to renew my lease. While the property staff, including the concierge desk, security, maintenance, and cleaning teams, deserve recognition for their efforts and dedication, the overall living experience has been disappointing due to persistent issues that management seems unable to address effectively. 1. Chronic Maintenance Issues: The trash and recycling chutes have never functioned since I moved in. As a result, garbage piles up... in the trash room, creating a constant stench in the hallways that greets residents daily. 2. Inconvenient Parking: The parking garage gates break down almost weekly, causing significant delays that add unnecessary stress to daily commutes. Access to the building from Sunset Pl is often blocked by deliveries or ride-shares, making entry and exit a logistical nightmare. 3. HVAC and Comfort Concerns: The HVAC system's single-speed fans are not only loud and energy-inefficient but also make living conditions uncomfortable year-round. 4. Ventless Dryers: The ventless dryers release moisture and lint into apartments, posing potential health risks, especially for those with respiratory conditions. 5. Kitchen Inadequacies: The gas stove burners are disappointingly weak, which could be frustrating for anyone who enjoys cooking. 6. Smoking Policy Enforcement: Despite a no-smoking policy, the building remains a de-facto smoking environment due to ineffective enforcement by management.
Kurve’s claim of "luxury elevated living" is not just an exaggeration but a blatant misrepresentation. Prospective tenants should be aware that they are paying for a label rather than a living experience that remotely resembles luxury. Save yourself the disappointment and look elsewhere for true quality living accommodations.
