Do not move here

One of the worst places I’ve lived. Staff is unreachable, maintenance doesn’t come.. I waited o we 6 months and left with the maintenance call going unanswered, ingested with cockroaches, & on the final walk through/ turning in of keys I never got a time to meet & went unanswered. The building is neglected I’m surprised it hasn’t been reported to the public health department. There is no on site management and the management it does have doesn’t answer calls/texts. Tenants leave trash and animal... droppings everywhere & my packages have been stolen countless times telling me it was a tenant. The cameras each time have suspiciously had power outages when I ask for footage. Car has been broken into in the parking garage. It’s not a safe complex, is fifty, needs to be fumigated& has terrible staff.

Beware! Look somewhere else if you can

The property is under poor management. No action to all repairs and complaints. Cockroach infestation, Car vandalism arises in the parking structure but management ignored them. Animal pee and poo in the hallways. No intercom is available. They keep on changing managers so the undertraining/incompetent staff running the place like crazy. Look somewhere else!

Okay

I've lived here less than 2 years and the manager has changed 3 times. Managers are hard to reach via phone. There are always issues with the plumbing that the water has to be turned off multiple times a month. I've lived in worse apartments compared to this one and have never dealt with these issues.
