I moved here about a year ago from another property that is being managed by NT Management. I am just as happy as I was before. Loved here for the amenities and convenience. The apartment and building are brand new and being kept clean and in top shape. I like how organize and convenient paying rent, utilities, renters insurance and requesting maintenance is. The management is very responsive and quick. I feel safe and very well taken care of. The building is secure , clean and the amenities... (gym, patio etc) are great and are also being kept very clean.

The best place.
I have lived here since this building first opened and I love it. I have top of the line appliances (the quiet kind), a huge bathtub, total privacy (can’t hear the neighbors and they can’t be hear you), and a nice gym and rooftop bbq area to hang out in.
I have to say the management has gone the distance when notified about problems. Prompt fixes and quick responses to all inquiries. They also have made it a point to make sure we are super secure and have stepped up security measures all... around the building to make sure of it.
So far I can’t say a bad thing about it and I do love living here.

The management team is a dream—responsive, kind, and proactive in keeping the building... well-maintained. I’ve honestly never had an issue they didn’t resolve quickly. The neighbors? Friendly and respectful, making the entire community feel like a quiet oasis.
Location-wise, you can’t beat it. Everything I need is just a short walk or drive away, yet the area still feels peaceful and private. Add in the top-notch amenities (hello, rooftop views and gym!), and this apartment has been nothing short of a perfect fit.
Living here feels like winning the renter’s lottery. Highly, highly recommend!
