Veronica the community office representative is professional, helpful responsive to my needed requests. She makes the necessary appointments for the issue to be taken care of at the time of my call so that I know when to expect the maintenance to be done.

The walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors a lot. I know this comes with apartment living, but it is much more noise than I remember from previous apartments. It often sounds like someone else is in my home when my neighbors are on the stairs or upstairs. Also, the entryway is so narrow that some of my furniture couldn't make it into the apartment so I had to put it in storage. Other than those issues, it is a very nice place to live.
