I love how responsive the management is. The apartment is well maintained. The pool and the garden area remains clean. I wish the pool was bigger though.

My experience has been great. The management is responsive which helps a lot. I have lost 2 of my packages in my 2.5 years of living here, but apart from that I have not faced any other issue.

Definitely luxury living
The property is amazing, if you like hardwood floors and spacious area - this is here. I have been living almost for 1 year and just enjoyed it much - Traders Joe, Walmart WholeFoods and Safeway are in walking distance. Moreover, it's quiet community and I never hear my neighbors. The amenities are great too (especially roof top). However my huge thank you is to the leasing office - Karen and Jonathan and maintenance Anton, who made this community as great as it is. They can easily solve any... problems you may have and make your life here cozy and luxury.

Beautiful property, Friendly leasing office
I was in the market for a one-bedroom and spoke with Karen on the phone who was super helpful. I ended up visiting the same day and John took me on the tour. The property was brand new and modern. It had all the latest services, one that set it apart was, "garbage concierge" where they had garbage pickups. He was very patient in listening to my needs and showed the units that would be of interest. I was super tempted, esp with the move in specials! Though ultimately, I found another... place that better fit my needs, I really liked the property and enjoyed my interactions with Karen/John.
