Lived here for more than a year! They deducted 70% of the deposit (on the name of cleaning charges) even though the property was left clean and vacuumed. I would avoid this place for their unfair practices.

As previously stated by another renter, the management company will keep your deposit no matter how clean you leave the apartment! Be aware!

Property Manager can do anything for the apt without permission
Property Manager can access your apt without permission, he just sent the email and then do whatever they want for the apt. WORST experience, we moved out before lease end, then they started to turn over the apt, just an email notice but without asking permission, they throw out our stuff, they even changed the lock and give the new tenant the key, although we cannot access our apt, but they still require us to pay the rent.

Beware of losing deposit
We just moved out last month and our almost full deposit has been swallowed by the owner by putting extraneous charges. Now, they refuse to respond to us.

We only keep money from the deposit if the tenant moves out and does not clean the apartment, or leaves items for us to dispose of. The apartment does need to be market ready and the tenant is responsible for their own cleaning.

A great affordable non-corporate apartment
I rented an apartment for 6 years from Villa De Wright, which is in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment complex is owned by an individual and not by a corporation. I found the owner to be very fair and conscientious owner. All the windows in the apartments were recently replaced by energy efficient windows. The owner has upgraded the washing facilities, the outdoor common areas (to use less water and provide a barbecue), and counter tops as well. The on-site manager, Bruce, is very nice and... . when needed, very helpful. The only reason I vacated my apartment is I am no longer working in the state. If I were staying in the area I would have continued to rent from Villa De Wright.
While they are not the fanciest apartments available, they are also not the most expensive. My apartment did not come with an air conditioner or a microwave. I purchased a small (10K BTU) portable air conditioner for use in the summer months. I also purchased a microwave oven. It would have been nice to have built in air conditioning but the portable unit worked great. The cost of the air conditioner and microwave was easily paid for in the first year by the lower rent (vs the previous apartment I had rented from a corporate-owned complex).
My 5 star rating is based on the quiet neighborhood, the conscientious owner, and the value for the money. I had no complaints during the 6 years I rented at Villa De Wright.
