* Common area TVs have been non-functional for some time. Please provide an update on their repair/replacement. * Sidewalk cleaning to address pet odors, as seen in other communities, would greatly benefit our building. * Most building planters are empty, except for the overgrown one at 5th & Jackson. Adding and maintaining plants would improve aesthetics. * I have ongoing concerns about the garage door's functionality. Please inspect it for safe and reliable operation. * The Jackson... Street elevator has issues; the doors knock on the 5th floor. Please inspect and address this for safe operation.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We truly appreciate your insights and want to address your concerns.
Regarding the TVs, we're actively working on getting them repaired. Our cable provider is scheduled to come... out next week to inspect them and take care of the issue.
As for the pet odors, we are aware of the concern and are addressing it by power washing the sidewalks daily. Additionally, we are in the process of moving the pet relief area to the back side of the building on 5th Street. We hope this will help alleviate future issues with smells in the common areas.
In terms of the planters, we agree that they would enhance the building’s appearance. They are scheduled to be installed in April. We’re excited for this addition to the community and believe it will make a great difference.
The garage door was recently replaced in January, and since then, it has been functioning well. However, if you are noticing any issues, please don’t hesitate to let us know, and we will make sure it’s inspected right away.
Finally, we weren’t aware of any concerns with the Jackson Street elevator, but we take your safety seriously. We’ll have our vendor inspect the elevator to address the issue with the door knocking on the 5th floor.
