1. I absolutely do NOT like the trash bins staying too long at the front of the building. Every time I come out in the morning, the first thing I see is a pile of trash and it smells too. And when i come back at night, sometimes the trash bins are still there. I want to invite guests over but I dont want to show them a bad aesthetic
2. When there's an emergency beyond work hours, no staff seems to be in the building. Should provide a 24/7 hotline

Toured apartments in the area as I’m waiting for a job offer and was completely impressed with Lantana! Was greeted with such warmth and knowledge by Cherry the property manager. this property is clean, new, and meets all my needs. I’ll be living here if I get the job as this place is the best in the area!!
