Charlmont is a nice quiet complex with security cameras by front entrance and some in the back of the complex. I currently rent a 3 bedroom townhome it comes with an attached two car garage and its own private patio. Some of the pros are it has a new A/C unit and new water boiler the master bedroom is very spacious. Some of the cons are the small and out dated kitchen and the living room is also very tiny.
