Unbeatable View!
Nothing beats the view! The complex is not new, so there are some issues as anywhere else, but the location is great, the view is amazing and that outweighs the negatives for me.

Great place to live!
I appreciate that staff is available at the leasing office 7 days a week. I’ve lived in other locations where they are only open on weekdays and during 8-5 hour shifts which makes it hard for working folks to take care of anything in person. I mostly speak with the staff that is there on the weekends and they are always attentive and respond promptly. The location of Paz Mar is great! Right by the marina with a great view and near the beach, restaurants, and shopping centers.

Peaceful place to live
By far the most peaceful apartment complex i have live in, on top of that with a beautiful view. The office staff is always very welcoming, not to mention the property manager, she is great and extremely attentive. The maintenance crew is fantastic, always on top of their job and very helpful always responding to work orders in a timely manner. overall such a lovely place with great staff.

We love it here
To start off, the view is excellent. We're facing the harbor and to start and end your day looking at the ocean it's incredible. We have lived here for 11 years and I'm hoping this is our forever home. The apartments are big and spacious. It's an older building, so there is going to be some problems, but we have the best maintenance crew that can fix anything. Most of the time they come the same day you open a work order. Our gardeners work really hard to keep the property nice and the office... staff tries their best to accommodate us. Thank you to all the Paz Mar workers for making this an awesome place to live.
