Our new apartment was prepared nicely before moving in. The process was quick and stress free. The entire process was very streamlined and easy. We have quick access to the gym, laundry and mailbox. We've noticed no troublesome tenants or loud children running around the property. It is a very peaceful place and located minutes from just about all the food and shopping you could wish for on nearby Topanga canyon blvd. We've been there almost 2 weeks and have no complaints. Jasmine was a great... help and is extremely attentive and on top of emails and calls for any questions we have. I would recommend this property to anyone, couples, singles or families. It is a safe secure place with a great park directly next to the apartments.

This place sucks
Such a gross complex. Come by and ask a tenant here their experience. They will all tell you how they're tired of the management doing a terrible job. Maintainence takes forever and they don't do a good job fixing anything. Pool is filthy and there's nothing available to clean it with. Keys don't work on door locks. Cockroaches, ants, spiders and mice will make their way into your unit because of damaged drywall. I saw a tenant urinating in the parking lot and homeless people entering the... garage to search dumpster for cans.

Excellent Customer Service.
I have been a tenant for 15 plus years, I have gone thru 7 manager.New Management made good decision of removing previous Manager Jose and his Assistant Isis, they were the laziest people I have ever seen. Thanks god! Yolanda is back and she have made some good improvement in our community. Maintenance service needs improvement. Property is clean and well kept. I am giving 5 stars because I live here and for the service that Yolanda gives us.
