Spectacular location. Within 1 minute of 134 and 210 FWY entrances. Walking distance to old town Pasadena. Extraordinary amenities that are well maintained and cared for. Friendly and helpful staff that is quick to respond to your concerns. Leasing personnel is responsive and helpful.

Lived here almost 5 years and there is no other property in this area that I would even consider. The place is ALWAYS clean, amenities always work and in excellent condition, management is prompt, friendly and takes care of any issues. Resort style living in the city

Avila Apartments are very well maintained. Seems like I see something that needs to be looked at or picked up (I.e. mess in elevator or glass on walkway) and before I get a chance to report it— it’s been taken care of. I appreciate this a lot!!
