A gym, pool, grills, dog walking area, and pool house. All free to use for tenants unless you book the whole venue for a private party. Let alone the complex being pet friendly and having a dog walking area. The place also has trash pick-up and bike storage. 24/7 security, and a urgent care/orthadonist next door. Any repairs are dealt with either same day or same week. The walls are soundproof so for those who are nocturnal, no need to walk on eggshells when entertaining inside your unit or from... coming home. You also can't hear the upstairs neighbers so big bonus if you live downstairs. Having an inunit washer/dryer, stainless steel apliances, and a private porch is also such a bonus. Its a dream come true for many new and reoccuring renters. You can also earn credit jusy by paying rent, so it helps young folks prepair for the future. Honestly its just a huge convinience each and every time.

Overall, I enjoy living at Luxe Pasadena, but I believe there are areas that need improvement. Our community would greatly benefit from better maintenance and care, more effective leasing office communication, and enhanced responsiveness. Additionally, improved security measures are essential to ensure residents feel safe.

It is a very calm community. Quiet and pet friendly. The homes are sound proof. So music lovers, late night gamers, artists and tinkers of all kinds would love it here. I have worked on late night projects with no issues. My neighbors with their drumsets enjoy their late night sessions. Anyone with heavy metal work boots need not fear walking around at any hour of the night. The only reason i found out my neighbors have such is by talking with them in the mailroom. When moving in, it can be... abit confusing at first but its worth getting to know the area and communal areas.

They tried to claim $10k that I never owed
My whole experience in this apartment had been an absolutely terrible. Fast forward over 1 year after moving out, they claimed that I owe them $10k and even used a debt collector to do this. I did not owe them a penny and apparently they lost track of the amount of money that I have paid them during my stay. Even worse, they also added an extra two months to the ledger claiming that I moved out 2 months later than I actually did. Shame on you.
