Great location, spacious floor plans, friendly staff and neighbors. Very clean and ample walking area. Many improvements on the last year, the community is really coming together nicely. Happy to live here!

Westgate Residences is the premier living community in Old Pasadena. The many floor plans offer variety, management is very professional, and maintenance, landscaping, communication, and cleaning are excellent. We hope to stay here many more year in the future. Westgate Residence is "home" for us.

Residences at Westgate is located in the hub of Old Town. Great restaurants & entertainment is right outside your door. And most importantly, the residences are comfortable, clean & spacious .

I love the layout of our unit & the location within Old Town. We have good neighbors, except for those who choose to ignore the rules and smoke weed.
The summer months bring much noise from the pool (we are next door to it) and the maintenance requests can take too long to respond, however the maintenance team does a good job once they are here to fix the problem.
