Theo is a wonderful place to live for the most part. The only thing that is a exploding headache, most times, in the Residents only parking, there are cars parked in the middle of the basement parking (which are not parking spaces) making it difficult and almost impossible to pass, and if another car is coming to go out while you’re trying to go in with the cars that are parked where they’re not supposed to park, you or the other driver have to back up and let the other driver through and it is... completely frustrating.

Theo is a great-valued apartment community with first-class amenities and location. However, the leasing office staff needs to be more supportive. Also, having at least one parking space for each 1B resident is kind of a MUST considering we are paying such a high rent in Pasadena.
