Front office team is super professional and helpful. Toured 1 bed and 2 bed options and KC answered all of my questions. I can’t wait to move in next week!

We love to live here.
We have lived here at Avana since June 2021 and we really like it here. It is a very quiet and family-friendly community. The common/pool area is excellent, the staff is friendly and polite. And the service is efficient whenever we need maintenance. Another thing we appreciate is the ample parking, we always have spaces for our cars and also for visitors. In short, we are very satisfied with our community.

Nice clean community and units. Leasing office was very helpful and informative and friendly/welcoming. Gym was clean and pool area looked very nice.

Great Property
Avana Stoneridge is a clean and quiet apartment complex with competitive pricing. The office staff and maintenance team are responsive and address issues in a timely manner. I highly recommend this complex for singles, couples, and small families.
