I have gorgeous, scenic canyon views from my entire unit, facing West (nice sunsets)into the Rose Canyon system within the nature preserve. Quiet, private, safe, yet close to everything! Love living here! Very pet-friendly and so close to the UTC Mall and many other places to eat and shop--so convenient being by both the 805 and 5 Freeways that I can get anywhere in SD in 20 minutes (going against traffic).

Lucera is a great community. I feel very safe here, when packages come to the door, or walking the dog late at night I have always felt safe. Really close to the 805, within walking distance to the UTC mall. Also it is pet friendly, it seems most neighbors have dogs. Quiet, except we are next to the base and you can hear planes often. Overall, for a family of 3 (me, husband, and dog) it is an ideal place to live!
